Come celebrate yo' fine self.
11 am-1 pm | Sunday Sept. 15th, 2024 | Bantry, Co. Cork
A sexy, feminist, free-flowing creative workshop where you learn to make a macramé boobie wall hanging. Did I mention there'll be mimosas? Because what's a celebration of boobies without some bubbles?!
Okay, let's get serious for a hot sec and straighten out the details.
The workshop will take place on Sunday, September 15th, in a cosy yurt overlooking Bantry Bay (the venue is located 2 minutes' drive from downtown Bantry; eircode will be provided upon booking).
Suitable for complete beginners and seasoned macramé-ers alike, this workshop will teach the knots and pattern to make your own macramé boobie wall hanging — which you'll be able to take home with you afterwards to hang on your wall and make all your feminist friends highly jealous.
You'll also learn the skills to recreate the pattern again and again (because empowerment is a core value here at pacie grews.).
We'll be knotting with a mix of recycled / organic cotton (because sustainability, naturally). Pick your cord colour during the booking process and your fabulous fibres will await you in the workshop space. A hand-shaped length of wild Atlantic driftwood will also be provided for you to mount your cords on.
A welcome mimosa is included in your ticket price, you fiiiine creature.
We'll be blasting some feel-good tunes, sipping on our bubbles, and getting creative together. Bras are very optional.
Sound like your kinda Sunday? This is a welcoming space for anybody — whoever you are and however you want to come. Follow the call and come hang with your tribe. See you in the yurt :)
